1. GENERAL. This e-store is destined to customers abroad Poland and all prices are in EURO based on current rate EURO/POLISH ZLOTY (PLN) . Whole communication is in English.
2. STOCK UPDATES. The assortment is updated every 3 days thus 99% of products displayed on our web page are available however we stipulate that very small-scale discrepancies can occur.
3. PRICES. All prices include taxes .
4. PLACING AN ORDER. Orders can be placed only via this e-store. After sending an order our system sends a confirmation of receiving your order automatically via an e-mail.
PREAPARING YOUR ORDER. After your order is received we start to prepare the goods. In case of any doubt regarding ordered article we contact you immediately via an e-mail (not longer than 24 hours after the order excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Polish public holidays). When all goods from your order are physically collected from our warehouse we send you a confirmation of accepting your order (not longer than 24 hours after the order excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Polish public holidays). In case of the lack of ordered article we contact you immediately via an e-mail (not longer than 24 hours after the order excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Polish public holidays).
5. PAYMENT. We accept CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, PAYPAL and BANK PREPAYMENT. All payment details are included in confirmation of accepting your order which is sent after placing the order.
6. SHIPMENT. We ship ordered goods immediately after receiving your payment. To speed up the shipment we advise you to to e-mail us “the print screen” indicating that payment was done or any other confirmation issued by your bank.
7. SHIPMENT COSTS. The cost of shipment for EC countries is 6€, to other countries 10€.
IF THE THE VALUE OF YOUR PURCHASES IS AT LEAST 80,00€ WE DO NOT ADD ANY TRASPORTATION COSTS (IN THIS CASE COST OF TRANSPORTATION IS 0,00 €).
8. WARRANTY. Only CD Lens and Flyback Transformers are subject to 6 months period of warranty. This warranty do not cover mechanical damages. In case of damage we ask our customers to contact us writing a short description of a defect. Every compliance will be considered within 24 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Polish public holidays. New article will be immediately sent, we will also cover transportation costs. If the article which is subject to warranty is not available at the moment we will send the money back to the customer.
9. Vip Store. This section is available for anyone who registers to Vip Store, however it is useful only for customers who intend to make permanent purchases. Detailed discount policy is sent via e-mail immediately after registration.
